You can enhance your gun's accuracy and power by upgrading it. As for the ammo, you will have to find it during the missions. In each mission map, you will find hidden stashes of ammo and credits. You need to find them to continue buying new weapons and ensuring that you never run out of ammo. There are four difficulty modes available in Dead Effect. The easy mode is for beginners, which offers the auto-fire option. Medium, Hard and Hell are the other difficulty modes that you can play.
